What Our Non-Profit Customers Are Saying About Results

May 15, 2018

It is one thing for us to say that we are really good at helping non-profit organizations with their appeals, annual reports, newsletters and more but it is another thing when a non-profit customers tells us about results.

“Thank you for your great work on our Annual Appeal Letter in November/December. It went phenomenally and raised 10x what it had the year before!”

Bent W.

I am glad when our non-profit customers get good results because it means that we have done our part to help and also because when our non-profit customers raise money, it is good for the community as well.

What Customers Are Saying About Burns Mailing & Printing

March 6, 2017

We have customers that we have been working with for years.  We serve a lot of non-profit organizations.  Recently one of my non-profit organizations called and the person who had been in charge of their appeals had recently left.  They were left with trying to figure out what all needed to be done to get out a spring appeal.  We sent them the letter they had used last year, the mailing list that they had used last year and instructions on what the should submit to us for the mailing.  Below is their comment on our services;
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE working with you guys! You are taking SUCH a load off of my mind.
Yes, you have my approval to proceed!

We want a long time relationship with our customers.  This may be a cliche but it is truly a win/win situation.

Word of Mouth Referrals Are The Best

June 22, 2016

I have always heard that if someone is happy with your service they will tell a few, but if they are unhappy with your service, they will tell a lot.  Fortunately, for me today, one of my new customers told a room of people how happy he was with my service and that I have saved him around a $1000.00 over what he had been paying.  Wow, what that was worth to my company is priceless.  It did not cost me a penny of advertising, it was all because I had taken care of my customer.

At Burns, we take pride in taking care of our customers needs and yes, saving them money when possible.  Because we offer graphic design, printing and mailing, we plan the best way to save money and time and get the lowest postage possible.  A lot of our customers send us copy, pictures and their mailing list and we do the rest.  They never leave their office.  We are indeed a one-stop convenience for graphic design, printing and mailing.  Give us a try!

Biggest Contract In The History Of Burns Mailing & Printing, Inc.

October 14, 2013

October 14th, 2013

It has been awhile since I have blogged and I promise to do better in the future.  Thankfully, we have been very busy at Burns Mailing & Printing, Inc.  We just signed the biggest contract in the history of the company.  We will be doing graphic design, printing and mailing for a provider for the State of TN.  We were selected to bid because we are a State of TN, certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE).  The State of TN encourages minority, veteran owned and women owned companies to participate in State business. We were the successful bidder

Things have been busy in my personal life as well.  Ken had knee replacement June 24th and spent 5 weeks in a rehab facility.  The knee surgery was successful but he is not able to get his leg as straight as he should so his therapist are working on that.  We are trying massage therapy as well and he has been approved for Botox injections to relax the leg.  He also has a new caregiver, James, and that is going well.  He has James take him by Baskin Robbins for his favorite ice cream, rocky road chocolate. A car, driver and a credit card can be a dangerous thing.

This weekend we celebrated the marriage of my grand-niece.  It was outdoors on a beautiful fall day in East Tennessee. It was great to have family from out of town get together for this wonderful occasion.
