This weekend my daughter Joy Burns Day was visiting and she wanted to drive around Karns, her old stomping grounds, to see what was happening. She took these two pictures on our drive. If you live in Karns or went to school there you know that painting the underpass is a rite of passage for Karns High School students. Joy did a little painting on the underpass in her day. Some say that the underpass is only being held up by the layers upon layers on paint that the high school students have painted over many years. I know they were painting the underpass when I was at Karns High School and this October I will be attending my 60th class reunion. In fact, I may use these pictures for the cover of our class directory.

I am President/Owner of Burns Mailing & Printing, Inc. My late husband, Ken Burns founded our business in 1981. I joined him in 1990. We started out as a printing only company and added mailing and graphic design in 1991. It enabled us to offer graphic design, printing and mailing at one location. We are pleased to announce that in 2019 we have added promotional products as well. We are now truly a one stop convenience for all of these services. We are 100% women owned and are certified by the State of TN as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE). My business is my passion and I love to travel and spend time with my family.
