They report that mobile, paid search, social media, email, and internet display combines (yes combined) only achieve a .62% response rate.

Oversized envelopes response rate is 5.0% (higher postage)
Post Cards have a 4.25% response rate. (post cards up to 6×11 have a lower postage rate)
Catalogs have a 3.9 % response rate
Letter sized envelopes have a 3.5% response rate
